TRAINING

Long stamina, superfine strength muscle, power hit, then Skill and speed will determine victory. But be careful if the training is not doing properly then it will have a negative impact on our fighters.
There's is a tons of training technique, but here is the most famous training that effective to makes your fighters good
JANTUR
Jantur exercise purpose to nurture solitary instinc and in order to feel they have the territory, they tried to defend it during the fight all the time. other word we bring them into best heart. Jantur also build endurance to survive when there's mouthlock situation.
The tools used in Jantur training is (choose one)
- Aquarium L X W X H 20cm x 20cm x 100CM
- Rounded Plastic 10-15cm diameter with a length of 150cm
1. Filled the water up to 90%.
2. Put the fighters in
3. Cover the entire side of the Jantur with paper / Newspapers and leaving 3-5cm at the bottom to keep it open.
This is way to monitor the fighters habitual in the bottom.
Jantur exercise very crucial and helpful when mouthlock situation, short breathing fighter will wriggle to release the grip and occurs damage at his mouth. when it happen for 3-5 times, its enough to make him giving up earlier.
WATER SWIRLING
Water swirl exercise aims to improve stamina and endurance.
This exercise also improve fierceness of shy fish.
1. Provide 5 Rounded jar containers (larger diameter is the best)
2. Line up 4-5 jars Then given the distance of about 3-4cm from each other.
3. Fill water the container up to 75%
4. Enter your fighters into each jar
5. Prepare a medium-sized scoop
6. Start swirl the water use the scoop, start with slow swirling
7. Swirl each jar about 20 rounds slowly
8. When the current has started slowly then swirl the water for 20 rounds, again.
9. Direction to clockwise rotation or vice versa
This training will help him became a durable stamina and continuesly hit until few hours
UMBAR (CHASE SMALLER/FEMALE)
Umbar Exercise goal is to train fighters to be more Agile and familiarize him to finish off his opponent when his opponent already in the bottom.
The tools used in Umbar Exercise is
- Aquarium LXWXH size of 150cm X 50cm X 40cm
- Big Plastic Container minimum diameter of 80cm
1. Put the fighter in
2. Let him adapt for 30 minutes
3. Put 6-7 small size females
4. Let him chase 3-4 hours
